CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours at info@studiocera.co, including your order number.

After the 2-hour cancellation period has passed, orders enter our preparation and processing process and can no longer be cancelled.

Customized & Made-to-Order Items

Personalized, customized, altered or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production or customization has begun, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds

For eligible orders cancelled within the 2-hour period, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

This Cancellation Policy does not affect any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal or return rights available to consumers under applicable law. For returns after an order has been dispatched, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy.
