Orders are dispatched within 14 working days.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the piece.

Once shipped, all packages are under the responsibility of the customer.
Studio Céra is not liable for shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.

We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping service.

Returns & Exchanges

All pieces are produced exclusively upon order.
For this reason, refunds are not accepted.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery
• Exchanges are limited to size adjustments only
• Each order is eligible for one exchange only

To initiate an exchange:

• Reason for exchange

Requests without prior approval will not be processed.

Made-to-Order Conditions

Each piece is individually produced.

For this reason:

• No refunds
• No exchanges on customized pieces (color, length, fabric modifications)

Exchange Conditions

Items must be returned:

• unworn
• unused
• with original tags
• in original packaging

The following will not be accepted:

• Items with stains, odors, or signs of wear
• Items damaged due to customer use
• Items without labels
• Altered garments

Non-compliant returns will be declined and sent back with receiver payment.

Shipping for Exchanges

Returns must be shipped using the instructions provided after approval.

If sent via another courier:

• all responsibility and costs belong to the customer

Studio Céra is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
